A SUSTAINABLE APPROCH
Our Las Plumerias project and it's construction take durable development and the lifestyle in El Astillero into deep consideration.
The construction of our buildings was executed by local workers, completed in locally available materials. The wishes, knowledge and experience of our neighbors was an essential element in the integration of Las Plumerias into the local community.
Our team has done everything possible to make your stay with us eco-responsible. We have concentrated on several facets: economy of water and electricity, waste recycling, and dry toilets.
Simple gestures that, each day, attempt to preserve this Earth that we will leave to our children.
Finally, in contribution to durable development projects, we will donate 1$ per night per person towards existing pilot projects within the local villages and associations.
